I Am Not Sleeping Tonight

It started calm and peaceful. Silently sitting on a corner. Then something crossed your mind. Everything is overwhelming. Overload of information. Too many choices. You’re now convinced that the worst case scenario will be happening. You know the right answer. You know what to choose. You know you can do it. But dissatisfaction fuels you. You never trusted your mind. Afraid to make the wrong move. A bad feeling turned into a bad day.

Overthinking. Worrying about things that haven’t happened yet. Focusing on tiny details and forgetting the big picture. Think. Think. Think. It’s a trap. And you surely won’t get to sleep tonight.
